Production Design Director
About this position
Elevate is a growing church family that loves Jesus and is passionate about helping others know and follow Him. We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy Production Director to lead all aspects of worship production and media design across every ministry environment. This individual will combine technical excellence with creative communication to help people experience Jesus through sound, visuals, and storytelling.
The Production Director oversees all audio, visual, and media elements at Elevate. This includes worship production, livestream, creative media, and graphic design. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with creative design, supporting Sunday services, midweek ministries, and special events. From operating sanctuary tech to creating visual content, this person ensures that every environment is marked by clarity, excellence, and a clear focus on Jesus.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all AV and livestream systems for Sunday services
- Provide full tech support for Thursday night rehearsals in partnership with the Worship Ministries Director
- Support tech needs for all weekly ministry events (youth, men’s, women’s, children’s)
- Recruit, train, and develop volunteers for media and production
- Maintain AV equipment and manage production budget
- Contribute creatively to enhance worship and teaching environments
Qualifications
- Loves Jesus and has a heart for the local church
- Skilled in audio/video production and livestreaming
- Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, ProPresenter, Final Cut/Premiere
- Able to troubleshoot and manage complex AV systems
- Creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Degree or extensive experience in media/production/design preferred
