We are seeking a full-time Production & Graphic Design Director to lead our audio/visual production, livestream, and creative media ministry. This person will support all Sunday services, ministry events, and online presence through innovative production and visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with our Worship Ministries Director and Lead Pastor to ensure everything we do communicates the message of Jesus clearly and creatively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all AV and livestream systems for Sunday services
- Provide full tech support for Thursday night rehearsals in partnership with the Worship Ministries Director
- Design sermon series graphics, videos, slides, and print materials
- Manage church website and social media platforms
- Support tech needs for all weekly ministry events (youth, men’s, women’s, children’s)
- Recruit, train, and develop volunteers for media and production
- Maintain AV equipment and manage production budget
- Contribute creatively to enhance worship and teaching environments
Qualifications
- Loves Jesus and has a heart for the local church
- Skilled in audio/video production, graphic design, and livestreaming
- Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, ProPresenter, Final Cut/Premiere
- Able to troubleshoot and manage complex AV systems
- Creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Degree or extensive experience in media/production/design preferred
